t33 participates in a new Espon Project TerrEVI, “Territorial Evidence Packs for ERDF Programmes”. ESPON Programme supports policy development by providing comparable information, evidence, analyses and scenarios on territorial dynamics and revealing territorial capital and potentials for development of regions and larger territories.

On the 27th of April in Bucharest, Alessandro took part to the conference "Evaluating for 2014-2020: Evidences and Experiences “organised within the project "Development of the evaluation capacity for the evaluation units within the Managing Authorities and the Authority for the Coordination of Structural Instruments" implemented by the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (http://www.evaluare-structurale.ro/index.php/en/events/conferences ).

t33 continues his work in the field of territorial cooperation.
On Thuesday, as Italian geographical experts, we participated in Wien to the workshop organized in the context of the study “Analysis of challenges, needs and potentials of the CENTRAL EUROPE area and strategic orientations in view of the transnational cooperation for the period 2014-2020”.

t33, in association with the University of Macerata, organised on October, 10 a workshop focused on the role of universities in innovation policies in Marche Region. In the period 2007-2013 Marche Region has invested about 40% of the ERDF resources in order to promote sustainable development and competitiveness of the regional system. The first evaluation of ongoing interventions was presented during the workshop. Then, inputs were given to the formulation of the post 2013 programming within the Europe 2020 strategy.

As part of ongoing evaluation of the Marche Regional Programme 2007 - 2013, t33 was involved in the verification of indicators for the next programming period (2013-2020).
The test was conducted on a dozen programs co-financed by ERDF throughout Europe and was led by the Evaluation Unit of DG REGIO. The objective was to assess the impact of the new "result-oriented" approach. In Italy the two regions participating in the tests were Marche and Sardinia coordinated by the Public Investment Evaluation Unit (UVAL) of the Department for Development and Cohesion Policies (DPS).
