Pursuant to article 4 of GDPR, ‘personal data’ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Navigation Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which, by their very nature, could allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

A) Navigation data According to article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR, the legal basis is represented by the “legitimate interest pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child”; in this case, the processing is carried out on the basis of t33's legitimate interest to perform the activity strictly necessary for the operation of the website and the provision of the navigation service on the platform. Duration of the browsing session (except for any need to ascertain crimes by the Judicial Authorities). The provision of data is necessary for navigation.
B) Compilation of contact form or submission of requests via email.
Following the completion by the data subject of the contact form on the website or the submission of a request via email to the email addresses provided on the website, t33 will process the data to respond to the requests. It should be noted that the compilation of the form is prohibited for users under the age of 14 (or considered minors by the jurisdiction of their country of residence). If they do not comply with the personal requirements, it is forbidden to enter your personal data in the form.
Pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR, the processing is carried out on the basis of t33's legitimate interest in responding to the requests that may come from users. The data will be stored until the request has been processed, for a maximum of 1 year. Provision of data is optional, but in the absence of it, it may not be possible for the t33 to process your request.
C) “Work with Us” Area
Following the compilation of the form by the data subject, t33 will process the data to evaluate the application. It should be noted that the form is not intended for visitors under the age of 14 or who are not adults in accordance with their jurisdiction of residence. Such individuals are kindly requested not to input their personal data into the form.

RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

The personal data will be processed by the employees and collaborators of t33, who are expressly authorized to process it in accordance with Article 29 of the GDPR and receive adequate and regular training in personal data protection.

The personal data provided will be communicated to recipients, who will process the data as data processors (Article 28 of GDPR) or operate as separate data controllers for the purposes listed above.

In particular, personal data may be processed by Tonidigrigio Srl, located at Piazza della Repubblica 5, 60035 Jesi (AN), a company collaborating with t33 for the management, as well as maintenance, of this website, and operating as the data processor under Article 28 of the GDPR.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY

Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

We inform users that, pursuant to the GDPR and in cases provided for therein, they may exercise the rights described below.
 
Firstly, they can request from t33 access to their personal data in order to obtain the information referred to in Article 15 of the GDPR. Additionally, they may request the updating of obsolete data, the rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR), the erasure of data in cases provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR, and the restriction of their processing (Article 18 GDPR), or they may object to the processing of data (Article 21 GDPR). They also have the right to receive such personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller without barriers (the so-called "right to data portability" as per Article 20 GDPR).

CHANGES  TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

t33 reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any part of this privacy policy, at any time. In order to facilitate the verification of any eventual changes, the informative will contain an indication of the update date of the informative.
