Measure 1.2 of the SPD Ob. 2 of Marche Region 2000-2006 is dedicated to financial engineering. t33 was in charge of the independent evaluation necessary to establish the eligible costs under the programme, carrying out a quantitative analysis concerning the adequacy of the gearing ratio for regional guarantee funds.
