The evaluation of the Interreg V A Alcotra 2014-2020 Programme focuses on the governance, the project selection process and their implementation. The result of the evaluation will contribute to the Annual Implementation Report of 2019.
In particular, three are the components of the analysis:
Internal process: concrete modalities of work adopted by Managing Authorities of the Programme, decision-making process, but also rules for project selection and monitoring.
External process: focused on communication and information toward beneficiaries (potential or selected). This evaluation focuses on the needs and expectations expressed by project applicants, the communication modalities adopted by the Programme authorities, the quality and efficiency of the communication activities.
Specific tools for programme implementation: focused on the tools of programming implemented by the Programme (ex: simple projects, territorial integrated plans, integrated thematic plans)
