The study “Territorial dimension of the Industrial Policy Package”, commissioned by the Committee of the Regions and written by t33, SWECO and OIR analyses the territorial dimension of the industrial policy Package as proposed by the European Commission in “European Industrial Renaissance COM (2014) 14” and “A vision for the internal market for industrial products COM (2014) 25”. The study describes the main problems and needs facing LRAs (Local and Regional Authorities) when promoting industrial policy . On the basis of a bibliographic research, the study provides an overview of best practice case studies which have promoted industrial activity effectively and identifies proposals for local and regional authorities to support and promote industrial activity.
