Paid internship offer for ROMANIAN-SPEAKING students or recently graduated


t33 offers to Romanian and Romanian-speaking students internships of 4 to 6 months in the field of economic analysis and EU cohesion policy.
The interns will be part of the teams in charge of studies, evaluations and technical assistance to EU institutions in the field of cohesion policy, and particularly in the evaluation of ESI funds such as ERDF, ESF and EAFRD in Romania and other EU countries: desk analysis, interviews, focus groups will be used to collect and analyse data related to the programme’s performance.

 
Requirements
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Spatial Planning or Political Science (with good knowledge of economics at university level)
  • To be enrolled in a university course during the internship period (in the case of non-EU citizens)
  • General knowledge of EU institutions and policy
  • Romanian mother tongue or C2 level
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level
  • Good command of the Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Good academic writing ability
  • Ability to perform analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Good organizational skills, including ability to meet deadlines
Additional skills
  • Knowledge of French and/or German is of advantage; knowledge of other EU languages ​​is also preferable
  • Excel's advanced knowledge and ability to handle basic statistical analysis is of advantage
  • Good cartography and/or spatial planning skills will also be advantage (e.g. creation of geo-referenced maps)
  • Knowledge of statistics software (e.g. R, Stata, SPSS) is also of advantage
Workplace Reimbursement
  • 675-750 euros per month (taxes included, if applicable)
