t33 designs and carries out studies on economic, political, environmental and territorial issues, supporting public decision-makers as they pursue strategic and operational goals.

Evaluation

EU programme evaluation is in t33’s DNA. Evaluating cohesion policy programmes has always been a t33 core service, and ‘accountability’ is still our corporate approach to sound policy.

Capacity Building

Promoting the internal capacities of institutions/ organisations is a core mission. In our view, capacity building entails two dimensions: Social and Cognitive.

Technical Assistance

t33 started with local technical assistance. Working with an innovative ICT company we saw ERDF from a beneficiary’s point of view and how public support could add value.
