TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Pursuant to article 4 of GDPR 2016/679, ‘personal data’ means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Navigation Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which, by their very nature, could allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment.

Cookies
The use of technical session cookies (non-persistent) is strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient navigation of the sites. No use is made of cookies for user profiling. The only processing carried out concerns the production of statistics, with pseudonymised data. The configuration adopted, designed to exclude processing of identification data, collects the IP address, which is adequately masked by resetting the last 2 bytes (xxx.xxx.0.0).

A) Navigation data | According to article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR 2016/679 the legal basis is represented by the Legitimate Interest: "processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child." Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You can assert your rights as expressed by the EU Regulation 2016/679 Art. 15 to 22, by contacting the Data Controller. You have the right, at any time, to request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure of the same. Furthermore, you have the right to the portability of your data. You have the right to revoke the consent given at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent before the revocation. Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial appeal, if you believe that the treatment of your data violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to Article 15 let. f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (Supervisory Authority www.garanteprivacy.it).

The Data controller reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any part of this privacy policy, at any time. In order to facilitate the verification of any eventual changes, the informative will contain an indication of the update date of the informative.
