t33 srl  is looking for a staff member as ‘junior policy analyst’
 
Job profile
The selected candidate will be included in the teams that carry out studies and evaluations in the field of EU Cohesion policy.
t33 main clients include the European Commission, the Committee of the Regions, the European Parliament, as well as national and regional authorities that manage EU-funded programmes.
The work includes technical assistance, evaluation and support to ERDF, ESF+, JTF, EAFRD and other programmes, as well as to the European Territorial Cooperation programmes.
The candidate is expected to work on desk analysis, literature and documentary review, to participate in interviews and focus groups (online and in presence), and to produce analyses, summaries and reports for the teams.
 
Contractual conditions
Employment contract, full-time, according to the applied national contract. A welfare plan and other benefits are included in the contract.
t33 applies a teleworking policy for all employees. The position may require travelling within EU countries.
 
Requirements

• Master’s degree  or PhD in Economics, Political Sciences, Spatial Planning, or related field of study;
• Previous work experience or internship experience of at least 6 months in the same or similar sector;
• Ability to perform analysis using quantitative and qualitative methods;
• Good command of the Office suite, particularly Excel;
• Knowledge of EU institutions and policy;
• Good academic writing ability;

• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines;
• (PREFERENTIAL) Knowledge of statistics software (e.g. R, Stata, SPSS) is of advantage;
• (PREFERENTIAL) Knowledge of the GIS software packages or similar is also of advantage.

Languages

• Proficiency in English at least at C1 level;
• (PREFERENTIAL) Knowledge of French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Romanian, or other EU languages besides the mother tongue is of advantage.

 
Workplace
Ancona, Italy.
Possibility to partially work from remote, according to t33 teleworking policy.
