The general objective of this assignment is to co-design a comprehensive set of administrative capacity support services (the Support Scheme) for MS authorities responsible for the management and implementation of ERDF and Cohesion Fund in order to enhance their administrative capacity and thus improve their performance related to the implementation of cohesion policy. More specifically, the service:

  • analyses similar support services and identify good practices to inspire the design of the Support Scheme
  • designs and assesses the feasibility of implementation alternative(s) of the Support Scheme using a co-design approach
  • develops a roadmap for implementation of the chosen alternative using a co-design approach
  • communicates the results of the co-design process.
The service is led by t33 Srl, in consortium with Spatial Foresight GmbH.
