Junior Policy Analyst

Karina is a junior policy analyst supporting t33 in studies related to EU Cohesion Policy, mainly focusing on research activities, data collection, and analytical support for project implementation. She assists senior colleagues in the preparation of reports, policy analysis, and stakeholder-related tasks, with a focus on regional development, capacity building, and institutional cooperation within the EU framework.
She combines academic training in diplomacy and international relations with hands-on institutional experience gained through traineeships in European and national public institutions.
Education: Master’s Degree in Diplomatic Techniques, International Relations and European Studies, University of Bucharest; Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages, specialising in Arabic and English, University of Bucharest
