Implementation of an integrated evaluation approach within the framework of a robust NWE monitoring & evaluation system – Task 2: The implementation evaluation

The evaluation of North West Europe 2014-2020 programme foresees the following three tasks:

• Two steps approach evaluation, 
• Implementation evaluation, to verify the efficiency and effectiveness of the programme funding,
• Final impact evaluation, in order to identify the mechanisms contributing to the change on the programme territory,

The contract refers to Task 2, implementation evaluation. In concrete, t33 is carries out desk research and analysis of relevant documents and projects and programme monitoring data ; carries out data gathering anf analytical work on five case studies; carries out interviews with 15 programme applicants (successful and rejected); supports the drafting of the reports and the quality control of the deliverables.
