The service, under the Framework contract for an ESF+ Support Centre, has the aim of developing a model for a possible financing not linked to costs scheme for the implementation of Individual Learning Accounts (ILA) in Member States. The model outlines the basic structure envisaged, including possible conditions for reimbursement and results to be achieved.

The Framework contract is led by t33, with PPMI as partner.
