Alessandro is a senior expert in European studies and evaluation, with a strong background in regional policies and a solid experience in leading studies covering EU-27. He was the team leader of the European consortium providing technical assistance to the fi-compass platform, developed by the European Commission and the European Investment Bank to enhance the use of financial instruments in the European Structural and Investment Funds.
Partner of t33 from 2007 to 2025, he founded the company in 2007 and served as director until 2014.
