The objective of the study is to analyse the 'Roadmaps for administrative capacity building', that in 2021-2027 were designed and implemented in 15 EU Member States. The study will gather information, analyse, draw conclusions, and identify good practices and challenges encountered by Member State administrations with regard to scope of the Roadmaps, stakeholders’ involvement, design and implementation phase, monitoring of the progresses and coordination and communication activities.

Data will be collected both trough desk analysis and through in-person focus groups and interviews with responsible bodies for the design and implementation of the Roadmaps and their beneficiaries.

The study covers 15 Member States and includes Roadmaps both linked to National and Regional Programmes.   

The study is led by t33, in consortium with Spatial Foresight.
