Rebeca Nistor is an expert specialising in the evaluation of EU-funded programmes. With a strong track record in managing and conducting evaluations, she provides technical assistance aimed at strengthening institutional capacity and supporting strategic planning for public authorities. 

Rebeca has contributed to the preparation of local and regional strategies, conducted socio-economic analyses and elaborated studies in areas such as RDI, smart specialisation and SME development. She has successfully coordinated multiple contracts for public authorities at local, regional and national levels, supporting the development and implementation of effective policies.
