The company strengthens its capabilities and positioning in impact evaluation of public policies and investments
OpenEconomics, an independent consulting firm, has acquired 100% of t33. The company delivers high-value integrated solutions for socioeconomic impact analysis and public funding management, supporting businesses and public authorities in mitigating financial, social, and climate-related risks.
t33’s arrival in the OpenEconomics Group marks a strategic step in the growth path that OpenEconomics has defined together with its shareholder Algebris Investments. In particular, it significantly strengthens the Group’s expertise in public policy impact evaluation, technical assistance and capacity building. The acquisition further consolidates OpenEconomics’ positioning in the European market and enhances the Group’s ability to support institutions and large organisations in managing complex programmes, in monitoring and evaluation processes, and in the transition towards more digital, transparent and evidencebased governance.

The integration of t33’s capabilities enables OpenEconomics to offer policymakers an endtoend support model covering the entire policy and programme cycle: from design to implementation, from monitoring to impact evaluation, through to reporting based on measurable indicators that are comparable at European level.
