Technical and scientific support for the drafting of the Interreg Italy-Austria cooperation Programme 2021-2027

The service aims at supporting the Managing Authority and the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg Italy-Austria 2021-2017 Programme in the programming process, by guiding them in the drafting of the proposal for the new cooperation programme.
In particular, t33 activities regard:

  • Project Management, driving the process in compliance with the relevant deadlines as well as collecting, analyzing and structuring the observations of the regional and central administrations, the MA and the JS; 
  • Identification of the programme strategy, through the analysis of the strategic documents of the programme area and the SWOT analysis, updating the analysis carried out for the 2014-2020 programming period;
  • Elaboration of the first draft of the programme strategy;
  • Provision of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA);
  • Implementation, in agreement with the JS, of the Simplified Cost Options (SCOs);
  • Preparation of the complete draft of the cooperation programme for formal submission to the European Commission.
