t33 supports the Managing Authority of the Interreg France-Italy (ALCOTRA) 2021-2027 cross-border programme in monitoring the results achieved by projects with reference to four common result indicators (RCR79, RCR82, RCR84, and RCR104). The service is structured into two missions.

The first mission concerns the definition and testing of the methodology for data collection and processing, with the delivery of the first methodological report scheduled for July 2025. The second mission involves the annual application of the methodology to completed projects, with the production of updates and annual reports containing project sheets and indicator sheets drafted in both French and Italian.

The activity includes the drafting of five preliminary annual reports (one for each monitoring year) and concludes with a final report summarizing the overall results obtained.

This study service aims to provide the Managing Authority with a clear, reliable, and up-to-date overview of the actual effectiveness of the funded projects. These common result indicators (RCR79, RCR82, RCR84, and RCR104) make it possible to measure the changes generated by cross-border cooperation in terms of the adoption of joint strategies, the resolution of administrative obstacles, the continuity of cooperation between organisations, and the uptake of solutions developed within the projects.

The t33 team involved in the service consists of a senior coordinator (François Levarlet) and two junior analysts, all bilingual in French and Italian. The experience gained by t33 in evaluating European public policies and territorial cooperation programmes contributes to strengthen the quality and reliability of the monitoring process of the Interreg programmes.
