Andrea is a senior expert in European studies and evaluation, with a solid knowledge of regional policies and specific competence in econometrics and statistics. Focus on innovation, with particular regard to smart specialisations strategies, and financial instruments. Experience both in mainstream programmes (in Italy and Romania), and European Territorial Cooperation programmes. Untenured Professor of Project Cycle Management in International Cooperation at the University of Macerata.
