Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of Interreg Italy-Croatia 2021- 2027 Programme

The SEA supports the drafting of the programme, providing the Managing authority/Joint Secretariat (MA/JS) with strategic alternatives, examples of sustainable actions and selection criteria, as well as a list of mitigation measures and the monitoring system to be implemented and a list of indicators helping the follow-up of the interventions planned. As foreseen by Annex I (j)1 of Directive 2001/42/EC a non-technical summary of the Environmental Report is provided as a separate file, and includes a brief description of the Operational Programme, the current environmental context, environmental and sustainable objectives of the areas, possible environmental effects of the programme and indications for monitoring.
