The service aims to support the Marche Region in defining the new programming guidelines for research and innovation and for SMEs’ competitiveness, with respect to the Small Business Act taking into account the programming of ERDF and ESF funds in 2014-2020.
As a starting point the service examines the regional economic context in two parts: the general analysis of the context and the economic trends, and the analysis of the competitiveness. Moreover, the service carries put a screening, both at regional and European level, in order to identify the best practices which are useful for the region and examines the different datasets provided by the Commission in order to identify the best regional practices. Once data are collected and the analysis is carried out, a phase of comparison and validation will be activated by involving regional stakeholders and international experts.
