The European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) GECOTTI, Managing Authority of the Interreg North-West Europe 2021-2027 transnational programme, awarded the framework contract of the programme evaluation service to a consortium composed of Spatial Foresight and t33. The framework contract includes three distinct phases (work packages):

  1. Evaluation of the application process (February - July 2025).

  2. Operational evaluation (October 2025 - February 2026).

  3. Impact evaluation (January - October 2028).

As part of Phase 1, t33 contributes to the evaluation of programme relevance through desk, data and geographical analysis, interviews with key stakeholders such as Joint Secretariat officers, Monitoring Committee members and Contact Points, and through the drafting the evaluation report, including the formulation of conclusions and recommendations.
