The service supports the Friuli Venezia Giulia Autonomous Region in the design, launch and full operation of the Centre for Studies of the Regional Economic System for the period 2025–2027. The Centre is intended to strengthen the Region’s capacity to analyse economic trends, monitor incentive policies and support strategic decisions for the regional production system, with a particular focus on the implementation and future development of Agenda FVG Manifattura 2030.

The assignment combines strategic, analytical and operational support. It includes the monitoring of Agenda FVG Manifattura 2030, the definition and quarterly update of a roadmap for regional economic development actions, and the identification of KPIs and indicators to measure outputs, outcomes and impacts of regional incentive policies. The service also supports the activation of the Centre’s Steering Committee, the development of dashboards, and the design and launch of a quarterly business survey system for companies in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The methodology combines desk research, analysis of administrative and statistical data, stakeholder interviews and focus groups, benchmarking of national and international practices, macroeconomic and territorial impact analysis, dashboards and quarterly business surveys. Specific activities are also dedicated to training, institutional communication and the progressive transition towards the autonomous management of the Centre by the Regional Administration.
