The assistance project aims to support the Marche Region in the organization of the governance of the integrated projects of PSR 2014+ . More specifically , the task is divided into the following phases:
a) Desk analysis in preparation for the definition of local development strategies. This analysis will: define the main indicators of context useful to understand the spatial dynamics of local development ; compare the different models of governance of local development, adopted in the current period by Italian and European regions ; identify a range of possible options for the organization of design activities / local planning , monitoring of interventions , evaluation of management efficiency and effectiveness of actions implemented .
b ) Test the feasibility of proposals , both with regard to the method that the tools developed through moments of confrontation with potentially interested parties to carry out the activity on the territory of animation and / or local integrated planning . At this stage it is also expected to attend the office of the Marche Region .
c) Preparation of a tool kit to support local programming and design.
