The assistance project focuses on the theme of Institutional and Administrative Capacity (IAC) in the framework of EUPAN (European Public Administration Network). In order to gather best practices on administrative capacity building and spread information among the different member states, meetings were organized.
Specific tasks of the assistance consisted in:
a) Delivering a discussion note focused on IAC. (The note was distributed during the IPSG (Innovative Public Services Group) meeting in Rome (October 2014) where representatives of the chancelleries of 28 countries participated to share and discuss good practices.
b) Presentation at the General Director meeting in Rome (December 2014) of the discussion paper based on the main conclusions of the IPSG activities
c) Drafting of the final version of the discussion paper (January 2015) and formulation of general guidelines focused on IAC’s enhancement (February 2015).
