Study: 'Review of adopted European Territorial Cooperation Programmes'

The objective of the study is to provide the European Parliament with a first 'map' and a comprehensive synthetic analysis of the adopted ETC programmes and assess to what extent the approved programmes have used the opportunities introduced by the new ETC regulation for the period 2014-2020, also highlighting specifically the elements and concepts endorsed by the European Parliament during the negotiation phases.
The programmes will be analysed in terms of programming strategy, synergies with other EU, national and regional strategies and with mainstream programmes, management structure and implementation.
