The overall objective of the service is to support the Financial Instruments Advisory (FIA) team of the EIB with the management and use of the Survey Database for the completion of the following two publications: 'Survey on financial needs of EU agricultural enterprises' and an EU country-level market gap assessment for agriculture and agri-food enterprises. 

The specific objective of the service is to:

•  Support the FIA team in the management and use of the Survey Database to finalise the Report on Farmers’ Needs, in case further data elaboration is requested by DG AGRI;
•  Support the FIA team in the in the management and use of the Survey Database for preparatory work in view of the EU Gap Assessment. In rhis case, the results of the survey will be used together with additional research tools (interviews, focus groups, surveys on additional target groups, etc.), in order to provide an estimation of the financing gap for agriculture and agri-food enterprises in the 24 EU MSs covered by the survey (activity is expected to start in early 2019).
