Independent evaluation of the Interreg V-A Italy-Switzerland Cooperation Programme 2014-2020

The evaluation of the Interreg V-A Italy-Switzerland Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 foresees the following tasks:
a) Operational evaluation, focused on the physical, procedural and financial progress of the Programme, assessment of the control and management system, analysis of the quality of the monitoring system and assessment of the communication strategy. 
b) Strategical evaluation, providing indications about the adequacy to the context of the policies proposed by the programme, investigating the relevance to strategic objectives, the effectiveness, efficiency and the impact.
