The study consisted of collecting relevant information from the public and private sectors in the Italian market for public sector information (PSI). This aimed to highlight the potential existence of Exclusive Agreements in the light of article 11 of the PSI Directive. In particular t33: identified the Information Market Domains to be targeted; undertook a survey of over 125 Public Sector Bodies including regional and national administrations in the domains selected, and where necessary followed up through direct contact;consulted over 250 Re-users in these domains; described all the results achieved in a summary country report
