t33 supported Serbian Municipalities in preparing Cost and Benefit Analysis (CBA) for the funding of the European Bank for Reconstruction and development  (BERD)under the coordination of VNG international. Specifically t33 assessed projects for:                                                                       - tourism (marinas along the Danube and EuroVelo cycling paths)  
- Environment  (landfill and waste management)
- Water supplies projects
- Business Area
In order to collect the information t33 experts organised questionnaire survey among the population and stakeholder. A strong focus was put on the financial and administrative sustainability.For this reason round of interviews were hold with the policy makers. All the work was accomplished aiming to transfer know how and  capacities to the local administration and national experts
