The objective of the key area of intervention is to increase quality of life and create jobs through urban infrastructure, improving urban services, including social services, and through developing business and entrepreneurship support structures. The evaluation will gain new insights into the impact of interventions financed under ERDF ROP 2007-2013 and make proposals on methods for future evaluation of this type of interventions.
