The service represents the first contract of the Framework Contract n°15A005 ‘Methodological support in the design, development and implementation of an integrated evaluation approach within the framework of a robust 2 seas 2014-2020 Monitoring & Evaluation system’. The service provides the methodological support for the definition and set-up of the programme monitoring and evaluation system, and for the development of capacity-building tools. Moreover, the evaluation team supports the meetings of the programme evaluation task force and drafting of the evaluation plan of the 2 Seas programme.
