The aim of the European Transparency Initiative (ETI) is to improve communication about EU’s initiatives in general and to enhance transparency on EU spending in particular. This study looks at the implementation of the ETI in the field of Cohesion policy. The main questions addressed concern the ability of Member States in fulfilling the ETI requirements in the field of Cohesion policy and the conditions under which the ETI can be successfully implemented. t33 was responsible for the Italian case study
