The programme performance evaluation of the Interreg 2 Seas 2014-2020 - Step 2, foresees the following sub-tasks:
a) assessment of the programme effectiveness through the update of the analysis conducted in Task 2;
b) assessment the programme performance (the evaluation focuses on output and financial indicators, with an analysis of progression towards targets, providing conclusions on success or failure. Moreover, the evaluation covers result indicators with suggestions for the update of the questionnaire survey and an analysis of the values);
c) mid-term impact evaluation, including the a) assessment of the quality and reliability of data regarding specific results from project APRs and the evaluation of the impact based on 12 selected case studies from the most advanced projects, notably the projects closing in 2019 or 2020.
