t33 as partner of ACZ is in charge of the on-going evaluation of the Interreg-IPA CBC Romania-Serbia Programme. The objective of the programme is to achieve a balanced and sustainable socio-economic development of the border region between Romania and the Republic of Serbia, based on cross-border joint projects and joint actions by Romanian and Serbian partners. 
The specific objectives are:

• A. Evaluation of physical and financial progress and of the management and implementation of the programme (to assess the physical and financial progress of the programme and the lessons learnt in this respect; and to evaluate the effectiveness of the programme, to assess the system functioning and management of the programme focusing on specific efficiency aspects in order to improve the quality of its delivery);

• B. Evaluation of communication strategy (to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the communication strategy and multi-annual communication plan).

t33 together with the ACZ experts implements a mix of qualitative and quantitative analysis performing the well tested roster of evaluation methods: interview, case studies, focus groups and survey.
