The overall objective of the report is to give an overview of the current state of play of the European Groupings of Territorial Cooperation (EGTCs) and the implementation of the EGTC Regulation 1302/2013 including an evaluation of the application of the regulation, within the framework of a regular monitoring exercise carried out by the CoR.

The service is part of the Committee of the Regions Framework contract on Cohesion Policy - Lot 1, led by Spatial Foresight and with t33 acting as partner.
