The purpose of the contract is the provide the European Commission with:
a) expertise in enhancing simplification of ERDF/CF implementation and developing and promoting results-based approaches (e.g. SCOs);
b) technical support in managing and developing the Transnational Network on Simplified Cost Options (TN)

• Task 1 Provide technical expertise and advice to the European Commission to a) develop and promote effective simplification measures, reduce administrative costs and burden in ERDF/CF operations, and encourage Member States to implement smarter and more efficient administrative practices; b) set up and promote SCOs and other results-based approaches,
• Task 2 Support the strategic orientation and coordination of the TN.
• Task 3 Support for organising and facilitating TN meetings.
• Task 4 Support the preparation of TN deliverables.
• Task 5 Support for preparing and conducting surveys and analyses.
• Task 6 Support the exchange and dissemination of TN practices, as well as key recommendations and proposals.
