Technical assistance is provided to Regione Marche for the administrative and financial management of the ATTAC project, co-funded under the framework of  the SEE Territorial Cooperation Programme. It consists of: design and update (on at least a quarterly basis) of a project Gantt chart indicating the activities, resources, duration, dependency relationships between activities, milestones; analysis of expenditure burdens relevant to the programme and to the specific project; elaboration of  the internal bi-monthly reports; elaboration of the six-monthly financial reports and preparation of the supporting documentation (timesheets, invoices, documents of payment etc.); elaboration of a self-evaluation system and a risk plan utilising the Logical Framework.
