The study, undertaken in collaboration with EureConsult S.A.(lead partner) and Spatial Foresight GmbH will analyze how the exchange of experience among project partners is organised and how it can directly influence the policy framework of regions. The main objective is to improve the way the exchange of experience is carried out in the present and also in the future programme period.
