Evaluation is aimed at applying correctly the requirements foreseen by Communitarian Law, Regulation’s Proposal, Commission’s Working Document “The Programming Period 2014-2020 – Monitoring and Evaluation of European Cohesion Policy: Guidance document on ex-ante evaluation” (June 2012 version). Ex ante evaluation considers the following five macro-sectors:
1. Programme’s Strategy 2014-2020
2. Indicators, monitoring, evaluation;
3. Financial allocation;
4. OP’s contribution to EU 2020 Strategy
