Evaluation is aimed at applying correctly the requirements foreseen by Communitarian Law, Regulation’s Proposal, Commission’s Working Document “The Programming Period 2014-2020 – Monitoring and Evaluation of European Cohesion Policy: Guidance document on ex-ante evaluation” (June 2012 version).
Ex ante evaluation considers the following five macro-sectors: Programme’s Strategy 2014-2020 (incl. SWOT analysis); indicators, monitoring, evaluation; financial allocation; OP’s contribution to EU 2020 Strategy; environmental strategic evaluation following the European Parliament’s and Council’s Directive n. 2001/42/EC of 27 July 2001 concerning definite plans’ and programmes’ effects on environment.
The service includes the support to the Managing Authority for the definition of the ERDF OP 2014-2020
