Ex ante evaluation of the rural development program for the period 2014-2020 in Romania

The ex ante evaluation was Commissioned by the Association of the Contracting Authority between the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Payment Agency for Rural Development and Fishery in Romania.
t33 has been awarded the contract in consortium with ACZ Consulting SRL (Partnership Leader) and IRIS SRL.
The ex ante evaluation analyses:
a) the coherence with the national Romanian context
b) the consistency of the strategy with EU 2020 objectives, the national partnership contract and the programmes
c) the Indicator system
d) the governance and administrative capability
e) the contribution to the EU 2020 goals
In addition the consortium implements the Strategic Environment Assessment.
