t33 contributes to the unitary evaluation of the Veneto ERDF and ESF+ Programmes 2021-2027. The service is implemented in line with Article 44 of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 and aims to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, coherence, and EU added value of the two Programmes, thereby supporting the improvement of their design and implementation.

The evaluation covers both general analyses outlining the implementation framework of the Veneto ERDF and ESF+ Programmes and specific thematic or operational deep-dives. It also addresses cross-cutting issues related to cohesion policy and regional programming, including the integrated use of EU structural funds and the national resources.

t33 is mainly responsible for the evaluation of the ERDF Programme, with analyses focusing on programme progress, contribution to EU and national priorities, and the strategic coherence of interventions within the regional development framework. The assignment includes annual and thematic evaluations and the evaluation of integrated territorial development strategies.

The work also involves the preparation of the annual evaluation reports, the overall evaluation plan (DIV), and the delivery of targeted training activities for regional staff.

t33 is developing the service in consortium with Ecorys Italy and Cogea, with the internal expert Andrea Gramillano.
